Volunteer Work

         If I were to volunteer somewhere, it would be to help my teachers at school. I like helping out my teachers. I learn responsibility (the punishment from forgetting to do something), I learn more about what I am teaching, and I learned communication skills, such as interacting with other students and making presentations.

        This summer before the camp, I went to a Summer Math Program. I volunteered to help my 7th grade teacher during the month of June. I taught kids, as well as help him clean his Cabinet. (This was the largest mess I have ever seen in my life!!!! :-(. The program however was really cool. I am actually a really good teacher!

My Fashion 

        During the Summer I usually just wear casual clothes. I don't wear those shirts that are see through or the jeans that have holes in them. It is just a weird type of Fashion to me. I just wear T-Shirts and those checkerboard shits with the long sleeves. I forgot what they are called, but it is like an over shit that you button over a Cami or T-Shirt. I get my clothes at Koals, Aeropostale, JC Penny's and at some other shops.

10 Years From Now

        In 10 years, I see myself with a job, working my way through college, and traveling around the world. I may do volunteer work because I like helping out my teachers during my free time.  My main field is math, computer science, engineering, and robotics. My job will be in one or all of these categories. I will have a house, my little chihuahua, and my two kitties. I will be traveling around the world, visiting different countries. 

        My Family will also join me on vacations. I plan to stay close to them, because I don't want to be one of those daughters who only visits her parents 3-5 times a year.

       Michelle Sherman

        Michelle comes from the name Michael. I was named aftter my Dad and I am his only child. I was given the name Michelle because my parents wanted to keep the name in the Family. My parents would always sing "Michelle My Bell" to me when I was little. My name also means a gift from God! So Cool!!!

        Sherman is an Irish Name. My Grandfather was Irish. Some of my relatives have the Irish Red hair. There are some famous war generals that have the last name Sherman.

If I were given the Chance to change my name, it would be Michaela.

My Restaurant

          If I were to open my own restaurant, it would be called Cake Baby. I  chose this name because my favorite type of food is Desserts!!!!!!!!!! I would open up a restaurant where we serve all sorts of desserts as well as other meals like burgers, fries, sandwiches, etc. I would serve desserts like chocolate brownies, cupcakes, cookies, cheesecake, cakes, ice cream, etc. Basically every dessert you can think of, WE'VE GOT IT!!!   

          My restaurant will have all sorts of decorations of desserts, snacks, food, etc. The color of the building will be pink because pink reminds me of ice cream. The inside will be filled with desserts everywhere. There will be a small corner for people to eat. People can both dine in the restauant and shop/buy food and desserts. It is like a mixture between a store and a restaurant. So it will be pretty big. 

My 10 Favorite's

Today was really fun!!! I learned how to use a new program called Alice. It was really cool how I was able to create a story using this program.  I also worked with my favorite program today. Mindstorm!!! It was interesting how we could make the robot flip like a Gymnastics person. I hope we continue working with this program and build several more robots!! Another cool activity was when we were taking a picture and had to build a pyramid. I was at the top. It was cool how we all had to hold our balance to achieve this task. I felt bad for the people that were on the bottom!! :-(

My First Day at Camp!

My First Day At Camp

Today was really cool! My favorite thing that I did today is play Jeopardy. It was really fun. This was actually the first time I have ever played Jeopardy. I made three new friends, their names are Grace, Rose, and Jade. Rose is really funny.  Jade is a fast runner. She knew most of the answers on the Game. Grace is really nice and funny  too. She is also fast at texting when we needed the phone for Google Trivia. We all came together as a group when we played Jeopardy. Altogether today was really fun!!!!
